There are few methods to attach loggers. In case of mammals, collars are most popular devices.
Each of the methods have to be chosen with great attention to bird behaviour and body weight.
Collars including harness-collar are the most easy way to attach trackers / loggers to mammals. There are two types of collars we use.
| Integrated collar - is a special design which is produced based on client requirements (size). This way both logger and collar is a "monolith" like our LYNX or HARE collars for mammals (LINK). | |

Harness collar - is a heavy-duty harness attached to logger. This design is specially recommended for big mammals (elk, bison) where possibility to destroy collar by animal is possible. Attached logger / tracker could easily survive and could be used once again. |

In some cases harness collars (like TefTape) are used for small animals (e.g. hares) where weight of complete device have to be as low as possible. |

In addition we do supply GPS-UHF eartags for mammals. In some cases (wildbeest, wild boar) it is the best way to attach logger.
